NEPTIS® Perform
The NEPTIS® Perform is a cutting-edge synthesizer designed for automated production of various [18F]fluoride-based radiotracers. It features an integrated HPLC drawer with connections to an external HPLC pump and UV detector. For making it highly efficient for nucleophilic synthesis requiring additional purification.
The system includes a built-in Solid Phase Extraction reformulation module, actuator configuration with 4 ramps of 5 pneumatic actuators, and a user-friendly control system. Additional accessories like HPLC column selectors, second reactor ovens, and radioactive detectors are available to enhance its capabilities.
NEPTIS® software supports Knauer Azura isocratic as well as quaternary HPLC pumps.

NEPTIS® RS and DB
The NEPTIS® RS is a versatile synthesizer for producing [18F]fluoride-based radiotracers without HPLC purification. It supports multiple tracers like [18F]FDG and [68Ga]Ga-DOTA compounds. It fits up to two modules in a single mini-cell and ensures high yield with minimal changes to existing setups.
The NEPTIS® DB version allows dual FDG runs with automated cleaning. A new dual-run cGMP reagent kit has been devised and is available to purchase. This kit allows for dual batch production without any operator intervention on the synthesizer.

NEPTIS® LC
The NEPTIS® LC is a compact synthesizer for [18F]fluoride-based radiotracers. It supports various tracers like [18F]FDG, [68Ga]Ga-DOTA compounds, and more. Originally designed as a Space Saver the compact design fits up to three modules in one mini-cell, increasing production capacity without needing new hot cells. It allows for automated purification and synthesis of new labelled compounds using isotopes like 68Ga, 188Re, 177Lu, and others. The system can be customized with specific sensors for full automation.

NEPTIS® SP
The NEPTIS® SP is an add-on module that works with any synthesizer for final HPLC purification of radio-labeled compounds. It includes an injection valve, injection loop, radioactivity detector, and connections for an HPLC pump. The module handles purification and reformulation steps automatically, and it can also remove toxic solvents using SPE purification. It features a user-friendly control system and can be integrated with the NEPTIS® LC for seamless operation.
